Shipping and costs
The products of your order are shipped directly from our own warehouse. We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated in our shop do not include shipping costs. These costs are indicated on the checkout page and depend on the shipping method, size, weight and the country where the package has to be sent. The amount to be paid is automatically displayed after you have made your choice. Within the Netherlands: from € 4.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox. Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Reflection time and returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Calming Signals of Horses with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can contact us via our contact form on the website. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact our customer service for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.
Warranty & complaints
Warranty and warranty period are legally determined and starts from the date of purchase. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from the product.
We guarantee our product, but unfortunately we cannot give you a guarantee in the event of normal wear and tear, deliberate damage or negligence, improper use or negligent maintenance, damage due to non-compliance or incorrect observance of the instructions for use and maintenance.
We handle your order as carefully as possible, but it can happen that it gets damaged during shipping. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable solution together.
